I would add the fact that snakes lack a chin, to the fact that they have stretchy ligaments and such in order to eat big things whole. Or to be specific, they lack a central bone fusing the jaw bones together. That instead of a bony chin like we have, they have a special super super stretchy skin under their face that allows the jaw to stretch diagonally and not just up and down really far. It's an important aspect to touch on because it plays a huge role in the next point about their swallowing capabilities, since they use those separate jaw bones and their backwards pointing teeth and flexible skulls to sort of 'walk' the food into their mouths.

what's the best way to enhance a flemmish giant's life as much as possible?

My Son Kirby 🐇 is a Flemish Giant Free Roamer and Eating Chewing Machine. I adopted him 1 year ago this month. Best thing I ever did in years. I take him outside in a stroller all the time. I make sure he is Happy Content and Safe. A 73 year old Crazy Bunny Father.🤗🤩💘💞😍🥰🥕👍🐰

If i already have a smaller bunny (lionhead), can i get a flemish giant and keep them together? And how much food do they need? (Pellets, sallad etc)
@critterstation16953 жыл бұрын
It's possible but only recommended if the two rabbits get along. You'll have to be very careful when bonding them to ensure there is no fighting. As far as food, I don't have an exact amount as it varies between individuals but Flemish rabbits do eat more than regular rabbits because they are so much bigger!

Do they need to come in pairs or are they good on there own? Also do they need any special care ?
@critterstation16953 жыл бұрын
Rabbits are social animals and do tend to do better in pair as long as they are properly bonded! Flemish Giants don't need special care specifically, but are much larger rabbits and therefore do eat more and make a bigger mess! Thank you for watching!
