I'm pretty sure soundraw just randomly mixes samples and melodies pre-recorded by humans

Really interesting to see what's out there. I reckon we'll hear some fantastic AI songs in the near future, I just hope we can still have human made stuff. I suspect we will since people love mastering instruments and the creativity that brings.

Dudeeee So I think suno is pretty good at what it does, but clearly your creation beats all of it. It could be from a nintendo game. Like, had I heard it without knowing about it, I'd have guessed it was from a nintendo game!

Haha thanks🫡 AI is getting pretty scary though
@jurrasicj13143 ай бұрын
It makes me sad how many people have given up on putting actual effort into things and are just resorting to AI.
@valentineDev3 ай бұрын
Totally agree with this, I think AI can be useful as a tool, but not for actually creating something
@waveymane3 ай бұрын
Why? I think this opens up the door for more indie devs that can’t afford to invest into some music for their game. I doubt anyone that can afford or is an artists would ever use AI generated songs other than maybe for inspiration, cause they sound so generic and boring.

Personally my favorite part of game design is music, I play several instruments which helps but even then writing music is a different skill and its been really fun - and slightly frustrating - to write for games
