I really like this album but I hate this song. It is like he has written a diary entry and is just singing it over a song he wrote.

I really feel like no one gets an undertone from this song. I find this song to be incredibly sad and it pulls at my heart strings every time. I really wish their where more Male vocalist like this. Sam Sparro is an awesome face for the future of gay singers in the mainstream, and for the record he is 100 % gay. ☺

I like when songs have these simple descriptive lyrics. (The jeans part, THe hungry for life life allegory) It's so simple yet so well described. When I first heard the song I was stunned. Damn... being simple is the best way to give away these feelings very personally without being too gay. Love it.
