Nope wrong in the fuel level category, if you follow Fleetguard instructions you fill either manually or if tank high enough by gravity syphon then start engine and run, the shut off and drain level to bottom of paper and this sets the filter restriction start point, when fuel level rises to balck line on paper then its considered blocked, which is why it's printed on paper "do not remove" this is to give an easy indication if you have a filter problem in a low power situation and also help unnecessary filter changes and predictable replacement schedules

Looking at the OTR Diagnostics | Pro Package on the OTR website it shows a annual subscription. So my question is ... what happens if you don't renew? Is it like Cummins INSITE and becomes a paperweight after subscription ends? Or will it still work at least on one model truck? We own Volvos all with Cummins ISX. So we don't need coverage for other manufacturers. Can i get a clear answer on this? Your competitor, CanDo does not require renewal of subscription to keep full functionality. However OTR UI is much better.

The tool's renewal is the gateway to everything you can and will be able to do with our app. From monthly updates, and new features like just added such as SCR efficiency tests, to future capabilities like speed changes, renewing the tool's access is what makes everything possible. Without it comes limitations to our software and our ability to add to the app as time goes on. You would have to renew your tool's access (subscription) yearly, to use the software in our app. If you don't renew it, you will limit the app to only fault code reading. Hello! Fault code 520349 FMI 14 is the DPF Filtration Efficiency Low/ Soot sensor detects elevated soot accumulation. Here are 3 reasons why this may be going off: 1. Can the OTR diagnose AC problems in a 2021 Volvo VNL 860? The low side is cold from the compressor to the Y that splits the sleeper and cab, then continues cold up the sleeper evap, but not the cab. So the sleeper AC is working perfectly, but the cab is just fresh air.

You forgot to mention the expansion valve which is a main component in making the refrigerant cold BEFORE it enters the evaporator core.

Here a good example why Volvo is the most unfriendly truck ever.. This is a commercial vehicle and this repairs cost a lot on down time and labor The hood doesn’t need this complicated latch.. If I was a dictator I will force the engineers who design this crap to work on shop for a year
