I've seen a ton of comments say that Jeremy Soule came up with this song after a car crash. I've never had a near death experience so I wouldn't know, but it must've really shook him and made him very reflective based off the somber, melancholic, and sometimes straight up angelic tone of the ost.

This is my favorite song from the elder scrolls 4 oblivion

I played this game in January of 2023 and despite skyrim being my first elder scrolls i've got to say oblivion is the best elder scrolls game without a doubt. The story is better, its more immersive, Its simple but unique, perfect soundtrack. I remember coming back home after a long day at school and loading up oblivion on my series x, it really is the perfect game. And it really felt like there was a huge world out there.

I can't believe it was September 2006 when I first played this game on my big brother's portable computer. I was only 9-10 then. I miss my childhood and this game brings just so much nostalgia 😭😭

Oblivion holds such a special place in my heart forever.

I spend over 5000 hours in this game. I do NOT regret ONE SINGLE SECOND This game was my childhood, i grew up with it, and i still play and enjoy it to this day. One of the best games of all time.
