good idea and video. and nice welding! But you should remove the bearing when welding. you are destroying the hardening of the bearing steel when heating it up so much. You can see that it even turns blue because its reacting with the air. This oxidation means that going above 300C, which also means that the bearing lost its hardening properties and unfortunately, is dead for any real use:(

Crazily functional grinder cutting station I have ever stumbled upon! Thank you for sharing, wonder what is going on in the minds of fabricators like you from a zero engineering perspective of mine. I will certainly try it for my small 115mm grinder. How about some height gauge scales at the two height adjusting pivots? Also not sure how one would improve on the cranking mechanism than using a wrench. Once again, thank you so much, my superstar engineer!

Square tube nests in angle iron perfectly if you don’t want to use bearings. You can add bearings to it if you want also

You over heated that bearing race with the welder and didn't cover the inner race & rollers allowing molten slag sparks to enter. I hope your bearing doesn't seize up soon.
