this is Air India’s old First Class product. since becoming a private company the cabins have been overhauled, even economy. much improved over this old cabin

After flying on Qatar from the US for the last 4 years, I FINALLY got upgraded. Once. Service was great, but the Qsuites in the middle have no overhead air vents on the A350 and it was super hot and stuffy. Also we had several hours of turbulence, and the middle divider rattled constantly. It drove me crazy. Finally thought to stuff a blanket in it. Between these I was barely able to sleep. So I was not super impressed, and am less impressed with Qatar overall. I keep trying to get my company to use a different airline.

If you want to try it out how much longer flight maybe Amman to Detroit Michigan. Keep in mind it would have tight security if the SPD ally the American Democratic Party Rep Tlaib is on the flight.

Rauchen im Flugzeug…Ich erinnere mich, in der guten alten Zeit konnte man auf der Langstrecke noch rauchen. In der Economy Class waren die hinteren Reihen der Raucherbereich. Da waren die Flieger oft halbleer man stand einfach auf, ging nach hinten in den Raucherbereich und zündete sich eine Zigarette an. Man traf dort immer auf Gleichgesinnte und kam schnell ins Gespräch.

😊 Süß, man merkt, daß Du noch ein junger Bursche bist. Du hast bestimmt schon mal vom "Graupeneintopf" gehört. Ein typischer, alter deutscher Eintopf, meistens mit Rindfleisch, Sellerie und Möhren gekocht. Deine Oma müßte ihn kennen ! Danke, daß Dir Lufthansa gefällt. Ich war über 20 Jahre lang Flugbegleiter und habe in den 90ern bei Lufthansa angefangen.

When do you commit to transferring points from Amex? For ANA did you call VA, ask if they have availability on ANA, and then transfer or did you transfer before you checked for availability

Great question! Always confirm the availability, then transfer the points! 👌🏼Unfortunately, Point Transfers can‘t be undone!

@@the.creditgenius this is typically how I do it myself. I’m always worried about losing the reservation while waiting for the points to show up from Amex or chase into my airline account. I haven’t had an issue yet
