The rear silver thing under the rear cover is the sat nav dvd drive , I own a 2jz sport cross ( uk version of Gita)

Sorry for the late reply, if you just search for Altezza double din trim, there should be many options available, such as from Aliexpress. The one I used was one from quality car audio in Christchurch, however I feel you can find way cheaper options elseware.

Have similar 2001 AS300 ,only 93000 ks mainly used as a shopping basket. No major issues in 17 years ,only just did the Cam Belt, tensioners and water pump. Had to replace a leaking Radiator too.
