Have similar 2001 AS300 ,only 93000 ks mainly used as a shopping basket. No major issues in 17 years ,only just did the Cam Belt, tensioners and water pump. Had to replace a leaking Radiator too.

Not terribly... However, this also has the body kit, leather seats, and sunroof aswell, which I've found hard to find elsewhere

The rear silver thing under the rear cover is the sat nav dvd drive , I own a 2jz sport cross ( uk version of Gita)
