Thank you! After two days of playing Valorant I decided Omen is definitely my main - I enjoy his skills a lot but I only got to Bronze 2 so far so I need more practice.

I’m a console player & I’ve been buying characters for 8k with valorant currency saving up by playing & it takes a while to do so . I Bought yoru, reyna, gekko ,breach & maybe one more character can’t think of. I was bottom fragging EVERY TIME Then in my head I was thinking why not just get omen ? So I got him saving 8k again . My first 2 matches I dropped 18 then 23 & I felt like a new player helping the team out with smokes & getting kills by blinding them or teleporting where the opponents wouldnt suspect me to be at . Omen is just him

yo btw something about Ascent is every wall you can put a omen smoke on it even if it has no ledges you need to glitch the smoke arrow in the wall and when it's red that means the omen smoke will stick to the wall

Hehe, the funny thing is - you can adjust what you do in the next round with the same smoke placement and their brains will turn to jelly trying to figure you out 😄

Where should I stand inside my smokes: In the middle? Or at the edge?

So if it's a standard smoke, I usually jiggle around in the smoke and watch where they shoot and move around based on that. If it's the smoke I'm showing in the video, I'm placing it slightly to the left, so I can stay behind the wall - protected from their gunshots through the smoke, but I still remain inside the smoke which gives me an advantage for any guns poking through first

I am thinking the one you missed is simillar to cancelation only u put yourself in a spot the enemy will come you tp in front of u turn around then when they come you cancel or they shoot you and you get a free kill.

btw for the truck play on bind you should go into the teleporter after u have clicked to tp ontop of the truck this way they wont here your tp and it could slow the rotates a bit

I love omen on Pearl 🙌 and when Pearl was first released it had by far my highest win rate. They also updated it to help dome smokers. I'll get some Pearl content out and I'll show you how awesome omen is on the map

bro i am plat 2 i play flex role in ranked now i am planning to be a controller insta lock few games go sooo good that i just top frag the team as omen or viper other games i cant even touch 15 kills is that a common thing?? and most of the times i die i have util in my hands or spraying a random smoke my bullets run off and i die what can i do for this prob

I'm not that bothered about kills; I care about the win 😁😁. As long as you support your team as a controller and contribute, then you should be satisfied regardless of your kill count. As an omen, you aren't expected to top frag. You'll have to work on utility usage; it's really tough to make sure you're efficient with it. I'd say focus on practising one area; for example, checking what ultimates the enemy has is something I never used to check (influences how they'll play a round), but now it's a habit, so I can move on to capturing another habit. Also, remember, if you spray through a smoke with a Vandal, they'll see your bullet tracers, unlike a Phantom, which doesn't have tracers.

@@TheRealDBW that's what for example let's take breeze I took viper It's defence and I am on a retake at cave opp viper uses her ult I thought I am in cave I have a decent cover I sprayed the whole mag with last 10 bullets remaining my cypher uses his ult and my ammo was over and I have to reload the mag The opp viper swings out of the ultimate and kills me In map split I die a lot with ult out Scenario: I am in A tower opp is lurking the sec I pull my smoke to help b main this guy peeks and i die Next I play a site in elbow opp omen tp to ramp kills people in rope I have no clue and my team mates flaming me because I did not give info about the omen Next retake B I am in B tower The attacker smoke faded and I saw a person hiding in new box I had a plan of blinding him and tp on his head I had my blind in my hands opp sage slow orbs and peeks out I died with my blind out instead of my gun These are some scenarios

@@TheRealDBW I am a out and out vandel player and decent phantom player I started picking phantom on purpose as I am playing smokes And I am close to reaching diamond now soo I have a good idea about how the rounds will turn out like ultimates the money they have when to play slow when to play aggro
