16 OMEN Tips & Tricks | THAT YOU MUST KNOW!!

It's been a while since I first picked up Omen as my main agent.
Since then, I've learned a lot, and I wanted to share all those tips and tricks with you!

I have a few tricks to mention as well 1) You can smoke lower that you can see. A lot of patches ago Riot removed Omen's ability to place red arrow smokes to make impromptu one ways anywhere, but they didn't stop all green arrow one ways For example, the A Main one way on ascent can be placed a little bit lower than the arrow says by actually taking the smoke a bit lower rather than actually letting it fall on the edge, now the difference that makes is that if the smoke falls on the ledge, enemies peeking you can see you walk up to the right side and start walking up, whereas they can't if you place it lower. Another instance of this is near ult orbs, that is when, for eg a pheonix is one off orb and the enemy wants to take it, Omen can smoke just a bit lower on the orb, so that the pheonix crouching while taking the orb can't see anything, while his head peeks out just enough for you to see him clearly 2) Falling one ways. Like I previously stated, Riot removed Red Arrow impromptu one ways for Omen, but another way of using this is to smoke of a common choke, by placing a smoke a bit higher than it's supposed to be and letting it fall on the choke. Then one way part comes in as when the smoke is done forming, the small white arrow disappears and that is the time to peek as that momentarily forms the perfect one way 2.5) Omen Elevator. Use a falling smoke to for eg get out of Hookah on Bind, as they will hear you falling down, but you won't have to fight while having falling inaccuracy 3) Omen TP range is 15m, and you can use the minimap to orient yourself and to see exactly where you're TP-ing 4) Omen smokes last 15s. So to exactly know when to resmoke a choke, wait till 15 on the smoke recharge on the smoke icon. 4.5) You can keep a choke smoked off for 45 seconds straight if you cycle through your smokes correctly. 5) Also Omen Util (His blind and his smokes) can break Ascent's glass on A Heaven 6) Next Update, Omen can interact with Doors (Like on Ascent and Sunset) and can actually pick up the spike (By Pressing F).

Great Omen play! I saw a cool strategy today where Omen used his ultimate while pushing a site. This kept the enemy team unsure of how many attackers were there, creating confusion. He started by smoking the enemy position, then cleverly teleported behind them. This unexpected flank combined with the shattered map (presumably from previous abilities) really disoriented the enemies, allowing him to get some easy kills and easy site. I have never seen using map shattered as advantage ❤

You can fake TP for teleporters on maps like Bind if you jump in the teleporter and then TP (util) right before touching it

6:37 you can actually block spike from omen tp with just 2 people, I have tested, 1 person standing on the spike and another one stuck with you (doesn't need to be standing on the spike).

Yeah, that makes sense - when I tested it I found some very rare scenarios where it'd block the pick-up, but because it's rare - you're risking the omen peeking you standing on the spike trying to stop him or not being able to stop him at all if that makes sense. Take a look at the spike pick-up video on my channel, I think I covered that scenario 😁

I’m a console player & I’ve been buying characters for 8k with valorant currency saving up by playing & it takes a while to do so . I Bought yoru, reyna, gekko ,breach & maybe one more character can’t think of. I was bottom fragging EVERY TIME Then in my head I was thinking why not just get omen ? So I got him saving 8k again . My first 2 matches I dropped 18 then 23 & I felt like a new player helping the team out with smokes & getting kills by blinding them or teleporting where the opponents wouldnt suspect me to be at . Omen is just him

Wait can you retest the omen ult I was playing an unrated match and I knew this tip from a RemVal video but it worked with only 3 people. This was a week ago at most so unless they changed it, I'm pretty sure 3 people is enough to block the spike. (I haven't watched the full vid yet but you can also use a sage wall to block the spike) Ik know its not an "unknown tip" but you should def recommend shorty on controller player just because of the amount of cheese kills you can get.

When I tested it, 3 people would block it, but only on a rare angle. The rest of the time you couldn't stop omen 😂. When you have time, check out the spike video on my channel, it also covers the sage wall hehe. I'll test it again to be sure. Also considering I buy the shorty so often, it's definitely a tip worth mentioning 😀

Once you get used to doing it, you'll be dodging that ult easily! My second most used agent is Fade since her util works really well with Omen & we can coordinate ults. If Fade is taken, I go for Phoenix - my long-time friend hehe, AND if they're all taken - I pick which agent works for the team comp

Here's a tip: When you have ult but enemies have spike at one site, go to enemy spawn and ult to pick up the spike. Kill the knife wielding enemies. Edit: another one: when raze uses her ult in your direction, immediately try to tp to ler left or right. The ult masks the sound she will check behind first.
