There must of been a patch to the gpu before my gpu played staratlas fine now I am lucky if I can turn round without staggering so to have a chance of getting anything awarded to me I will just have to run my ass off by the way my gpu is RX580x 8gb with 32 ram and a i7 7700k on win10 64bit on a ssd. If anybody knows how I can get better experience please tell me.

I feel like Star Atlas won't be as good as ambition. Graphically it looks pretty but now if I compare Unreal Engine with Star Engine... I can clearly see that Star Citizen looks superior graphically and also the quality work on the design details is much superior. That is to say, now I can value the work that designers do even more. Even when the content is in unfinished Greybox, it is already outrageous in terms of design. However, I think it's good that there is competition and even if Star Atlas turns out to be a more arcade and simple game, it can be more fun. I think the biggest danger of this game is the Star Atlas. The structure and the economy on which it is based is pure speculation and instability. It will always be. This will cause the game's economy to break many times and will end up breaking the gaming experience and stopping being fun if they do not put important limitations. It will be interesting to see this economic experiment game and what happens to the ambition and pure speculation of the players. Star Citizen, for its part, I think can have a healthier game economy, although the day may come when real money can also circulate within the game legally, but above all because the economy that the players will control will not be more than 10% if I remember correctly and that will guarantee a stronger economic structure and prevent the breakdown of the game economy. When a game is only based on money, it ends up not being fun. I hope both games can coexist. If I have to choose one, I choose Star Citizen, not because of the superior graphics only but because of how they are building the structures of the game, I love the lore and story because I feel that it is more "credible" within fantasy and science fiction. Also the realism they apply in the details, the technologies that never stop improving and always trying to go further. Star Atlas is clearly inspired by Star Citizen by copying many details, especially the interior of its ships, and I think that can be good and bad at the same time. In the end, I would like them to try to make a much more personal product, without having the feeling of watching a "decaffeinated" Star Citizen.

I disagree. They stood ground in the last crypto crises and now are full force again. SAGE is an very interest strategy game and the UE5 game is evolving now quite well. I really think it will get there in time. Just not overnight. And it is already a great RTS game with SAGE.

Its playable in 2 ways: - the showroom - thats what you are seeing me playing in this video and others in my channel. You buy the ship and you can access it, although the team said that the next release will allow people with no ships to play it. - SAGE: its a strategy game where you can deploy your fleets, mine, explore, produce industrialized goods and sell in the market. You can make real money in SAGE, but you need to buy ships. The project is thriving.

The floyd ship is free during development for testing purposes. The x6 is a nice ship. Payed something like 150 bucks i guess. Nice ship.

Siggy just posted in some video in here that the next release of showroom will open up for people that dont have a ship. My tip is: figure out what you will be in the game (fighter, freighter, miner etc) so you can focus in the fleet you want to have. If you don't have enough money right now, buy a simpler ship to be in the project. There are things you can do in the labs right now to make some atlas. And this will only grow in time. Also be in the Community because there is always events that can earn you something...and sometimes something big. And thanks for taking the time to watch my content bro.

Yes. But it is solana network. Really cheap gas cost. And to play the showroom you only need the wallet to buy a ship and get access. During the game you don't use it. You can find really cheap ships in the market (like less than 10 bucks)

Their next release R2.2, which will go open access on the epic games store will be free to play, with select ships and some on rotation that will be free to use, however if you want to extract value from the game you will need to create a crypto wallet.

It has a whole different lore, but the main difference is that it uses block chain tech. So you own those ships in the block chain, they are tokens and there is a whole tokenomics and dao behind it. Btw, Star Citizen is awesome right now. Just posted a video with the latest version.

@@theout90 Man, I love Star Atlas and i am big into it. But the level of Star Citizen currently is something that i honest never saw in my life. And I believe that Star Atlas has the potencial to be like this for the web3 gaming world in the future. And we can't forget that Star Citizen had a 7 or 8 years development head start and more than half a billion dollars of budget. Star Atlas team have technical potential to go this length. Lets participate, play, buy ships and help them achieve this.
