Both would work. You could craft 2 weapons and put the calibrations and test which one u would like more. Generally speaking, 2x crit chance would be better

@@G0DL1KE We are on phase 3 the now, I assumed this season just won't have most of the map and we will have different ones or just more of it next season. I only play PVE though so i dunno if there is a difference in PVP server.

Shrapnel souvenir goes really well with shrapnel carnage. Explosive shrapnel is just nice extra burst for when you are using obliterate. With obliterate you actually want to be hitting weak spots to maximize dps. But if you hit weak spots you can't shrapnel the weakspots. The best in slot mod would actually be Targeted Strike if you are using the crossbow for bossing to mark.

You need either beret or the fire helmet my friend so u shrapnel to more parts and do way more dps. Also 4 piece lone wolf is really good. But u can try and let me know

@@G0DL1KE that's the thing, i can't try it XD don't have enough starchrom atm I thought maybe you guys have tested it out. 4pcs lonewolf seems like a real waste imo. 2seconds of increased crit rate doesn't seem all that good compared to maybe 3pcs lonewolf and 2pcs falcon and the beret but 3pcs falcon also looks really good. just don't have the items to test it out myself.

I just gave shrapnel souvenir as an option for people as it is cool to not reload. My go to build is with Obliterate.

Hard and Pro Difficulties, so you can target farm mods. Alternatively you can run boxes solo to try and get some basic mods to get you started... Not ideal, but you can do that for a bit, so you can have a basic build going so you can solo harder content and not rely on others. Each mod can have a suffix. There are 3 general suffixes that all mods can have - violent (crit related), precision (weakspot related) and talents (elemental related) - and a large amount of build specific suffixes which can only be on mods related to that build, like shrapnel, burn, fortress warfare etc. Those suffixed do two things: 1. The first of the 4 additional stats of the mod is always filled by a fixed modifier related to the suffix, like crit damage, weakspot damage, shrapnel damage, burn damage etc. (To my current knowledge it is always the same one. Not 100% sure if it is fixed or can be different, but it is always from the suffix mod pool) 2. There are additional possible bonus stats added to the pool of possible bonus stats for the other 3 bonus stat slots. So you can still get bonus stats from the base pool in the other three slots, but they can also be from the suffix bonus stat pool. And those additional bonus stats contain some of the most powerful boni in the game.​@@Melvz_Fantasy

okay so i finally max my build and understood all about it...what happens when you run out of controllers...and opening all the high level crates? is there other ways to farm in the game that helps with permanent resources

Hi I have Wildfire, Bingo and crossbow. The crossbow is unfortunately BEST IN SLOT. Reason being it gives you a lot of Crit Rate, so you shrapnel way more often resulting in the biggest DPS increase. Wildfire gives u +Attack which is pretty good, but not as good as the crossbow and Bingo gives u +Weakspot damage which we are not stacking at all for this build and also +Attack which is ok. All and all Crossbow is the best sadly coz I find it annoying haha

i compared my bingo to the crossbow and my DPS jumped up from like 50k to 85-90k... shoot now i have to go back to using the crossbow again

@@sonnychiba5270 They are nerfing the Crossbow in today's patch actually. from 30% Crit Rate to 15%. I guess it will still be best tho...

Woah. Sorry you feel that way man. I try to be as accurate as I can. Could you point out the "bad info" in my video, so I can try and do better next time? The weight one is good as it makes shrapnel go to the head ( weakspot ) more which is good when you use shrapnel souvenir which is what I stated in the video. However for the BURST damage shrapnel way I would say it goes well with obliterate. If you want the best possible mod and you use the crossbow for bossing it would actually be Targeted Strike <Violent> as it gives u a lot of Crit Rate and Crit Damage if you are shooting a marked target. However the crossbow annoys me. All of this is covered in the video by the way... Thanks for commenting.

Shrapnel Souvenir <Violent> on the SOCR (Gold Scar) Weapon and Shrapnel Carnage <Violent> on the mask. Make sure you ONLY hit bodyshots with that setup as you want the bullet to shrapnel to the head to give you ammo back.

Without ANY buffs the SCAR is sitting at 36.4% Crit Rate and 117% Crit DMG. With 10 stacks Lone Wolf we are at 222% Crit DMG. With Crossbow we are at like 60+% Crit Rate

Correct. Crit DMG is kinda given as you are running VIOLENT suffix only. VIOLENT with Weapon DMG>DMG against great/elite>Mag size

@@G0DL1KE Oh yeah altho i am running the build that lets you not have to reload as much and i can get 500k-600k plus dmg in one clip (my build is not fully optimized tho)

It's not bad but lone wolf is better. If you purify cortex every week and u play in a good warband u can get tons of starcrom. That's how I am able to make 3-4 builds in 1 season and I even missed 1st week of purification so it's possible to get everything u want for 1 build man I believe in u!!! Hehe

But yeah if you save the starcrom for next season it's also fine it doesn't reset so next season u can decide what u want to play and invest :)

Falcon is great for early on in the build but you should definitely be upgrading to lonewolf as you go. Very noticable improvement. then Bastille boots, then gas mask. The mods hands down are the highest increase however

Make sure ur cradle is the same, too. Also, I try to have weapon damage as an attribute in the mods that will help u and of course all mods have to be violent.

Also Tungsten bullets and Shrapnel food. Every bit helps

It's either precision or fire rate. I explain it in the video I believe precision is better as rapid fire calibration gives u -attack which is -weapon dmg which means ur shrapnels are weaker so I personally prefer precision

pretty good for bullet siphon and deadshot mod as you dont need to reload so you dont lose the stack.

You need to find a purple or preferably a gold Assault rifle with Precision style and dismantle it to get the calibration

Yeah RNG can be tough my friend. There is no way to target farm it... You gotta get lucky OR you can check maybe some players on your server are selling it and you can buy it from them :)

I've never gotten those. I'm on a pvp server tho maybe that's why. I've heard u can get those mods in prime war in pve server but I never seen those myself

Yes I wanted to show both because in the video I say I will show u 2 ways of playing. On Treant I use obliterate violent with shrapnel mod on mask that gives u 20th big hit and on silo ex1 boss I use shrapnel souvenir on the gun with shrapnel carnage on the mask. I'm showing both playstyles so u guys can choose what to pick. Obliterate gives u big burst dmg and souvenir makes it so u don't reload. Thanks for the comment

So I was having a conversation with a guild mate about this tonight, actually... personally, I prefer the Gulped Lore sniper for bomber because u can put reckless bomber mod on it or the stagger mod, and you can stagger people from far or even look for the satisfying 1 tap bomber headshots. The bingo sniper is amazing too, and it also works with bomber build, but it's not as great in my opinion. But I am going to be making a crazy build video with the bingo very soon. I just used it in war tonight, so make sure u subscribe so u don't miss it.

You go to the Wish Machine and you press G to open the blueprint shop. Then you look under Key Gear Blueprints -> Status Blueprint and it's the last one on the list. It will cost you 8000 starcrom

it's probably because you've equipped another jacket,once you use the shaman top u cant use another top. hope this helps!

Shrapnel build is very good I am not going to knock it. I think it's the best build for bossing. In my opinion this is better literally everywhere else. I beat shrapnel and surge in pvp with ease and out damage them in pve too. Thanks for commenting.

I believe in the betas it was an armor mod and they made it a weapon mod for release. It is a weapon mod now.

The blue one? I just got it from playing it's just a blue mod. But you can get another one I been trying called Rejuvenation or something like that it heals u from killing mobs so if you run and gun it's pretty useful
