@@MostlyLoveOfMusic When she remastered the album she took the decision to remove him, imho it was the correct one. I’ve got both versions and cannot bear to listen to the original anymore because he was on it, so I thank her for that.

@ Don’t understand exactly what you’re talking about, it wasn’t politics, Harris was a convicted paedophile, if it was your work and you had the chance to remaster and reissue it without that association wouldn’t you do the same?

Meine Lieblingslieder sind "Lay down, Left over wine" und dann "Cyclone".

I believe I have all of her CDs on my ITunes and I listen to them often. So sad that we lost her this year (2024) she is now with Peter. May she rest in peace and thanks for the music Melanie.

High on a cliff in Mexico Staring down at the rocks and the sea below I can hear the church bells ring I can hear the choir I remember the night she left I drove to the station in the pouring rain Sat all night behind my big iron desk The oil on the water made a rainbow At the end of this bone white gravel road They both lie sleeping on a feather bed And her hair is black as the sky at night But her eyes are gray like the moon You can run but you can't hide You can run but you can't hide You said you love me but I know you lied You said you love me but I know you lied
