Mmm, another extra price increase on the alcohol / cocktail prices! Even the premium package dosen't cover the cost of a decent cocktail. We've experienced some nice adventures in the past with Celebrity but the damming down of the menu in the mdr, price increases and the withdrawal of gratuities in the all inclusive package is daylight robbery, it is now become a concern for loyal customers. I know it will be tricky to answer my observations because in a way you are unofficial ambassadors for Celebrity and you personally know some of her captains and officers. To be honest all the cruise lines have vastly raised prices and if i didn't know better ( because it would be illegal? ) they are running a coalition of supply with the purpose of maintaining prices at a high level. I suppose like a cartel.

So many things are constantly changing, some good and some bad. We just sat through an hour Q&A session with the Celebrity president and her corporate staff here on the President"s cruise on the Beyond. She had some very interesting things to say. We recorded the whole session and will be uploading that in a few days. You should definitely express your concerns on the surveys when you receive them in your emails after each cruise. They say they really look at those things. Thanks for watching.

It was great to meet you both (and your grandson via FaceTime) during the TA on this ship in May. Love this ship (3x), and we always love Luminae. This past May, Anish was our waiter for the trip. We love him and miss his gentle, caring demeanor. If you see him on this trip, please tell him that Lisa (Renee) and Rob say “hi” and cannot wait to see him again.

Delicious! I love luminae on embarkation day! Best way to start your cruise!! And those fries are yummy! I usually get the Cobb salad and substitute the chicken with lobster!

We will be on that cruise in the beginning of September. As far as drink packages we have been thinking of doing a video on that, just didn’t get to it yet. You can get decent wines and drinks with the basic package but if you want premium drinks and wines you either pay for an upgrade per drink(which we recommend) or pay for an upgrade for the package. Thank you for taking the time to share this tour! I know this was a year+ ago, but do you recall how busy the areas were? I know you were the first ones back on the ship after your B2B so you were able to film while it was empty, but was that typical? We don't like things totally overcrowded, but it's also nice to have the opportunity to make new friends, especially in the lounge!

I love the Celebrity Suite. We stayed in one on the Silhouette. The problem on the Edge class ship is there is no curtain on the glass door to the bedroom. The designers are not thinking. The person who wants maybe to sleep a little longer will be disturbed from the light in the living room. The Silhouette had a blind on the window between bedroom and living room. 👍 The same issue on the Summit in a Sky Suite. After remodeling the ship to the retreat level they put a window in the shower to the bedroom. How stupid is that?

We purposely don’t show the tip. We use to show it but people would ask either why did you tip or you tipped too much. Quite frankly it’s no one’s business! Thank you for watching

At least ypu thanked them verbally! That will get them a head start on their car notes and rent for the next month!!!
