I’ve had the pleasure of eating with Joyce and Jon and the different restaurants bring out different food and dishes for you to video and show off their venue! Glad to see Bibi in the video. She is a wonderful server in Cafe Al Bacio! She will make a great sommelier! Celebrity is fortunate to have her as an employee! Good job on this video Jon and Joyce!

Great video! Spot on- we love Normandy, Bibi was our wine sommelier at Cyoress last week and so wonderful- she’s only in training and so knowledgeable! I loved her cranberry spritzer with Sprite Zero, cranberry & limes. We put a comment card and the Celebrity review too- she’ll make it far! The food was delicious, as always- in all four restaurants Normandy- baked brie is my new addiction. the chef special was delicious- good selection, Jon ( eggplant bruschetta, corn soup too!) our special room service attendant, Weslyn- was spot on too!

Seems you may have converted officially from Royal to Celebrity. Nice to hear from you. We didn't realize you were on the Apex between our 3 week cruise and 6 week cruise. I hope you had the chance to see our friend Andrew perform.
