I respect a sodier that protect the country frontiers. But US send troup to another place to after explorer direct or indirect that area. Nobody like it. You americans, would you like another country invaded american territory to explorer natural research inside US?

I flew on a plane that was transporting 2 fallen a marine and a sailor. The captain i formed us aftwr we landed and askex us to wait till they had been removed from the plane. Most of us wete respectful and quiet and remained seated some didnt their escorts sat behind me. A chief petty officer and a gunny. It delayed us leaving for about 20 minutes or so. Some were acti g like we were bei g delayed for hours. One passenger said they made their choices. Why should we have to wait. She got called out by several passengers. I said to her shut up karen. Pissed her off but it made a lot if people laugh.

It is a sad, solemn ceremony. The air crew is outside standing in respect, and the airport firetrucks might even have escorted the plane in. Everyone should respect that all veterans gave some, but some gave their all.

Never served but I have a Dad and Brother who did. Both US Army, Dad Pearl Harbor and Brother Vietnam. If I see a vet young or older I shake their hand and say thank you. My Mom rec a flag when my Dad passed away, it has been with me to KY and NY, it now hangs proudly on my living room wall, an old tattered on draped on my dash, several others around my apartment. Thank you for All who served and serving. God Bless America.

For those of you that have not seen it, I highly recommend you see "Taking Chance." In my humble opinion it's Kevin Bacons finest movie. It portrays a fallen Marine and his escort tasked with returning him home and to his final resting place.

I admire the Americans for stopping for anything to do with the military and their flag. They have such a deep respect for their armed forces that other countries can only dream of, UK being one of them. Was total respect for the fallen soldier
