Trying to rotate the lights around the object, but it only rotate around itself. I solved it by clicking on the pivot settings (Transform Pivot point) above between Global and the magnet icon and changed Median Point to 3D Cursor. I think this is set by default in my version, if anybody stuggles. Adore your tutos btw ;))

Hey little fyi, strength on the bump node is more for mixing and testing rather than adjusting values. The distance is the correct value to change the intensity of the bump. Its measured in meters, so a value of 1 is 1 meter.

Also, if you use an image of scratches texture and connect it to a color ramp, adjust it, then connect it to bump, AND THEN, connect it to roughness. It looks awesome! although sometimes you will have to adjust the UV mapping...

Is there any way to apply the simulation? So that, for example, the position/transformation of the cubes at frame 20 the new "default" is? In previous versions you could go into the modifiers tab and press Apply. Ty
@zeeeseaКүн бұрын
nvm i got it, you just have to press the little arrow in the modifier and the press apply.

@sciburger8000 While in edit mode in the top left next to the dropdown to switch between modes. To the right of the dropdown there are 3 buttons to choose either "Vertex", "Edge", or "Face" select. Alternatively you can hit 1, 2, or 3 to switch to the respective select mode.
