It was so relaxing watching him paint that I would fall asleep half the time. So I started recording the shows so I wouldn’t miss any. Such a genuine talented man that truly wanted to teach people how to paint. Thank you for the behind the scenes look. Always thought he did his paintings in a tv studio.

Was disappointed to learn that the current Night Cafe in Arles is not the original. The one Van Gogh painted was in a different location in town and was destroyed by Allied bombing in WW2. The current cafe was built as a replica by local business people for tourism.

The history of sourcing colors from chemical and organic material is fascinating. I'm reminded of the color red being made from crushed insects.

That shoe company sues anyone who uses the name(that they didn't originate) without permission. They should be sued by the Greek people for the multi-millions of royalties owed them; and France needs to return the sculpture to Samothrace.

Having seen both Mona Lisa and Sistine Chapel in person this year, the Sistine Chapel ceiling is far, far, far more impressive. It is take your breath awesome seeing the ceiling. It has been almost a year and I am still blown away by the work and genius of Michaelangelo.

We are again on lockdown in Islamabad due to some political stuff. It reminds me of Covid days except that we are doing remote school for days instead of months. Each day, I put together on-line classes for my brilliant young student learners (grade 4). Currently, we are doing a unit about architecture.....Once again, Artrageous Nate to the rescue. Your stuff is so good, and you provide an important service for curious learners everywhere. Thank you for what you do.
