To quote the Wiki: "In Combat, all weapon attacks excluding basic melee and ranged attacks are classified as either Interrupts or Block Breakers. Interrupting attacks disrupt attacks that are Vulnerable to Interrupt but are Vulnerable to Block. Blocks disrupt Interrupting attacks but are Vulnerable to Block Breaking. Block Breakers break Blocks but are Vulnerable to Interrupt. When hit by a counter mechanism that the player is currently vulnerable to, they are knocked down and take some damage, creating a rock-paper-scissors scenario. Counter damage is based on Precision. Most Basic attacks are not Interrupts or Block Breakers and are not Vulnerable to Interrupt but may be Vulnerable to Block after a number of hits. Some slower Basic ranged attacks are Block Breakers and are Vulnerable to Interrupt. A small icon over a player or NPC's head shows which combat mechanism they are using."

Against Robin, it's not at all a matter of gear. Remember, the game is rock, paper, scissors. Block, lunge, block-break with ranged shots. When he's lunging at you, block. When you're stunned, break out. Lunge him yourself and throw your own ranged shots when he's blocking. All you need is correct timing and you'll put him totally on defensive and wipe him at your whim. Gear has nothing whatever to do with it. You just have to know what you're doing regarding moves. Google "dcuo wiki combat"

Actually, the cops in the greenhouse lying on the ground weren't dead. They were just unconscious. If you'd done the interaction thing -- it's "e" on PC, I don't know which on PS -- they'd have gotten up, thanked you, and run out, and if you'd one 8, it's a Feat, I think. There are a bunch of Feats like that in instances, and a bunch of instances have unmarked interactions. You have to be experimental and try interactions in places where it isn't marked. IMPORTANT NOTE! It NEVER hurts to try! This works for cops in Joker's Funhouse, and various instances and for fallen Amazons in some instances, and so on. There are also instances where destroying certain unmarked classes of objects are a Feat, like gas tanks in the Lighthouse.

Arggh, it is painful to watch you just ignoring all the Investigations and not clicking to interact and listen to them. You can always hear them nearby by their characteristic tone, and then see them glowing green or blue, with their floating color, both outdoors and inside.

K, it's gotten to the time to consider ideal loadouts, and there are metas for best single target, best loadout against adds, best when you're on your lonesome, and best when you're in a group, which you haven't done yet. But I'm not going to write you guides in comments. My point is that you can find guides for each of the powers in the Forums on the official Forums, and at the Wiki, and all over KZbin, though it's crucial to only use those guides that are up to date, because the powers have gotten rebalanced so frequently. As well, it's essential to take into account, once you get a bit more advanced in the game, what your Artifacts are, and keeping your Artifacts powered up to at least 160 (not necessarily 200), and keeping your Augments powered up. They affect your power hugely. The Movement Mode powers are fun, but a build based on them doesn't work in end game, FWIW. But you can certainly have fun with them on your own while in the low levels. I don't advise getting used to playing that way, though. Look for some recent guides on the forums, or the Wiki, or on the Tube, for your power, for good loadouts, though you don't have to slavishly follow whatever the meta is, either, because ultimately you should do whatever loadout you find most fun, and play as you like and don't let anyone tell you otherwise. Heat Vision is a very strong single-target power (it's Iconic), though. :-) Oh, and you absolutely should use a Super-charge, at least to switch in when you have super-charge built up. (That red meter line that builds as the third line under your name in the upper left of your screen as you do damage shows your supercharge power building until it's filled; on your powers screen it tells you which are supercharge-only; they have the light circle around them; they are super-powerful and only activateable when you have sufficient supercharge built; some work only with full supercharge, some with half or a quarter. VERY IMPORTANT!) Switching it up is always good so as not to get bored. That's why there are lots of powers within a set and why you can make new toons to play with other powers.

This game is a marathon, not a sprint. It will take you MONTHS playing every day to get to the end content! Its likely going to take a year if you split up this game and others. Which isnt a bad thing, its just how this game is. Its MASSIVE! And its just nor possible to get through it all quickly. But thats okay its fun watching someone else discover things for the first time. You just play in whatever way is most fun for you.

And there's a Dodge mechanic in the game just simple time the attack of an enemy and press sprint at the right time

and you can burn the shield of those huge monsters by using a pryo character

A reminder to always use skills of a character and not always use their basic atks

Adventure rank restrictions will be less and less of a problem over time. But the fastest methods to level it are: - Doing daily commisions - Spending resin on leylines or domains - Finishing the adventurer handbook tasks - Levelling statues of the seven - Sidequests

Geez, sorry to keep coming back like Columbo with "one more thing," but there are a gazillion things about the game, so... one more thing!: you're about to get to level 20, when you'll have access to a bunch more stuff, including access to the stabilizer solo daily. Be sure to do that as a daily once you can, since the stabilizer fragments add together to let you open the stabilizers which give you all sorts of goodies: source marks and furniture and auras and collections and stuff that give you feats, all of which you'll want, and all of which you'd otherwise have to pay real world cash for. So don't miss out on doing those! Looking forward to your next vid, and despite my loading you down with all this advice, don't worry if you forget or don't pay attention to any of it! Just have a good time, that's all that matters! I'm just trying to help you not miss out on stuff, but none of it matters when the point is to have a great time!

When you get to level 20, by the way, you'll be able to do the current Event stuff. Do what the instructions tell you! You'll be able to teleport to the open world Apokoliptic Gotham City, and do the three quick dailies, but best of all the three open world bounties with the open world groups, which are tons of fun. Just be sure to open your Map and click on Phase and either teleport to Phase 1, or to the lowest numbered open phase. Then follow the instructions to collect all the missions, but particularly get the missions for the Brimstone bounty and new Steppenwolf bounty, which is right near the entrance by the docks. DO NOT ATTACK WITHOUT A GROUP! But these are tons of fun. The groups bounties are weeklies, and the dailies are... dailies. You get both sources marks and the marks for the current Episode, which are best saved for later on. The current DLC/Episode, which is for top-level players is always open and also clamped/balanced for lower level players, which is ultra-cool.

Thanks for the nice shout-out at the end of the vid. I saw your inventory there, which is getting very crowded. You'll want to click on some stuff to clean it out. Click on all the furniture. They just then automatically go into the game's memory for when you have used the deed you'll get for the base you'll get and you'll be able to put the furniture down in that base. I forgot that you probably have not done the base mission yet. (Technically the Lair mission.) You may not be invested enough in the game to want to spend any money on it. If you do, it's worth it to spend some money on some stuff. It'll will be worth spending money on a larger Lair/base. The Manor is the largest and is huge. Otherwise, the Penthouse, while smaller, is very nice. The Dive, which you get for free, is nice but very small. It's worth paying to get more space in your Inventory, though you'll have to pay several times to get the max amount of space. We can talk about other stuff worth spending money on later, if you decide you want to stick around in the longer term. You should clean out all the old gear you're done with. Anything with lower stats than you currently have that can be converted at the Research & Development tables at Midtown PD in Metropolis, Diamond District in Gotham, and at the Hall of Legends and the Watchtower (and which you can buy to put in your base); they can be turned into Exobytes you put into your Augments that add to your strength. If you don't see them show up as convertible at the workbench tables, you can sell them at a vendor. You can hover your cursor over the gear and see if they the gear says "Cannot Trade," in which case you can sell it. If it says "cannot sell" you can convert it. If it says both, you can just delete it in the little garbage can icon at the bottom of your inventory and should do that. Those funny grey blue shapes are probably Dive lair options. The halloween candy baskets won't be good again until next year. Bank them or get rid of them. Click and use anything you can use or bank it or get rid of it. Don't use your radar scanners or R&D scanners until you want to make use of them! Those cost real money! Put the candy in the halloween baskets! Use the Nth Metal to fortify the Artifacts you want to use. I know this is a lot. Just bank anything you can't figure out yet. There are no mistakes at this stage of the game you can't recover from.

Very good job in general. I've only watched the early part of the video so far and will come back with more comments later. You seem to be remembering to get investigations so far, which is great. You seem to have clicked on an investigation finder, which is great (you have the little icon on the upper right lit up). Small tip: you should NOT be using the special yellow Soder Cola Ultimates as regular soders, as they grant you a 1% boost in stats for half an hour and so you should reserve those to use only every half an hour on special occasions and otherwise use the regular soders. Also, remember to go to your Skill Point allocations and put a Skill Point into the Fast speed of your Flight menu so you can go fast. Also put a point into Super-Strength in the Iconic Powers options just for fun so you can pick up cars and buses and stuff and throw them and smash them into enemies outside for fun. And you also want to allocate all of your skill points in general. Settle on whether you want to Focus primarily on Weapons, Powers, or Mixed and then fill out your Critical Attack Damage and Chance), your Weapon, your Might (superpower strength), and your Precision (weapon strength). Though maybe you've done all that off-screen.

I love that you start using elemental abilities right away, a lot of people just get stuck on auto attacking for some reason lol, even after tutorial Genshin combat system is based on combining different elements for different effects. i enjoyed revisiting the beginning of Genshin through your play. It's been a couple of weeks and no more episodes though. I guess it's not your kind of game. The game is open world so there's a huge amount of exploration. The elemental battle system is extremely interesting and satisfying to get to grips with. The early part of the game introduces the player to exploration and battle system. On the other hand, the game is heavy on lore and character .. which means (eventually) lots of dialogue. If you're not prepared to click through lots of dialogue, then it's probably not the kind of game you'd have patience for.

It's far from boring if and when you.learn.how to play it.
