My wife 70 year old got a parking fine for being over 90 min even though she spent £142 pounds in store when she complained to the store manager next day she was very rudely told pay up absolutely disgusting behaviour by the companys parking rules and the so called manager the store involved was CLOWNE in Derby shire wont be going there again well done ALDI
@thewoodjunkiКүн бұрын
I had the same near Derby hospital the Aldi facing it.. got a fine but got it quashed once I proved I was in the store. It’s shameful behaviour by them really. Go shopping and get a fine, I know it got quashed but it was the complete inconvenience of it. I won’t be visiting that Aldi again. Luckily the ones closer to me are a bit more customer friendly. Shocking what they have done to your wife 🪚🛠️

I think it’s funny when people complain when people don’t use inches in their videos. If you want videos in inches then don’t watch videos from other countries. It’s not that hard to convert cm to inches. Just ask google
@Bebonkin2 сағат бұрын
and / or , there are many websites available - where you enter in the metric or imperial measurements and it spits out the conversion. I guess some people are too lazy.

I’ve got virtually all the 20/40v tools including lawnmower and blower. 2x Impact drill, combi and rotary hammer drills, jigsaw, vibrosaw, angle grinder, reciprocating saw, circular saw and heater… grey and blue ferrex. 4 batteries, 3x 40v, 1 x 20v two of them as yet unused the originals now being several years old - never had a failure and I’ve just finished renovating a bungalow where many of the tools were used and abused. Superb for diy use. I also have Bosch 10.8/12v tools as back up and for lighter use but haven’t had to use them that much. The work zone/ ferrex powered tools are also excellent value

I have bought loads of tools from Lidl (Parkside) and Aldi (Workzone and Ferrex) and most are quite adequate. I am about to upgrade from the bandsaw Aldi sold under the brand name which came before Workzone (1am and too idle to go and see what it is) to a Ferrex model which has better reviews. I bought a Parkside hot air gun for my last decorating project and it did well but has burned out on its 2nd project so don't expect marvels. You get what you pay for but if you want a tool for only a short time or don't have the budget now and are happy to upgrade later, the German supermarkets will serve you well.

I bought pencils in the past. I can't remember whether it was aldi or lidl, but it was one of them. I. I've sharpened them and every single time I tried to make a mark with them, they just broke. And I sharpened every single pencil in the. box and every single. one of them with the lightest of touch, just crumbled. that was my experience. They were useless. But maybe I was just unlucky On the whole, I found Aldi and lidl tools. Exceptional value for money. I personally have both Parkside. And ferex tools. Power and hand. Tools.

#1. PENCILS: As long as you're not working in construction/building, these suck. Only usable if your pencilmarks don't have to be that accurate (you're not Bob (in your case Billy) the Builder) 🙂 #5. CLAMPS: Just saw a video of someone who kept/stored this kind of clamps "under pressure" (clamped with something between the beacks). The disadvantage of under tension is that the clamping force decreases significantly if it remains under tension. So in "not using/storing", keep the beacks together/closed. Further on, I have not been at Aldi's a lot so I can't judge their tools. On the other hand I have much more experience with Lidl, which is selling a lot of Parkside-stuff and has a bigger assort than Aldi . Some of this brand are excellent, but they also sell shit-stuff. Recommendation before buying, search the internet for tests/reviews on KZbin. See you Billy/Shelley, greetz from the Netherlands.

I’m already finding the pencils a bit odd to use… the clamps seem ok only time will tell. The glue is excellent 👌 I must visit Holland at some point 🇳🇱 🇬🇧
