like a wise man once said, "fax don't care about your feelings." I think that these two ideas are on the same page, this was very helpful.

I agree. If the agent’s only value is swinging a door then they are worth little value.

Would you happen to know when they're finishing the Town center in that area

They are working on it. The commercial component is necessary to finish many of the final projects. There is an awesome amphitheater right around the corner from the home.

It's nice to see that Olney Manor Park is getting the recognition that it deserves. But it would have been better to actually showcase the people who frequent the park...not just the commentator. I don't think I've ever seen this commentator before, in all the time that myself and my network had played tennis there...and it's been more than 10 years. I will be glad to take him on in a tennis game :D One thing to note: Olney Manor Park is by far the most outdoor courts in any one given space in Maryland, period. It's 18 courts, the second largest one will probably the Cabin John near Montgomery Mall with 9 courts or the courts near the Marlo Furniture Store on Rockville Pike with 10 courts. The Olney Manor Park courts are well maintained, but can get very crowded during the summer, as in long waiting times - it's just that popular. The tennis community there is overall very friendly and receptive to new players, but due to the popularity of the courts, doubles play is usually recommended. The park (both the dog park and the playground) are definitely still in use, but with COVID 19 the way it is, it's sparsely populated. The Softball fields pre COVID 19 had teams playing their league matches on Tuesdays/Wednesdays if I recall so it's definitely was in good use. The Swim Center is a pretty good one - 2 large pools if I recall plus a kiddie pool. A lot of instruction though going on there Pre COVID 19. For those who would like to visit Olney Manor Park, enjoy :)

Thanks for checking out the video. I shot the video during the summer of 2020. There weren't a ton of folks at the park the day I shot and I wasn't sure if people wanted to talk to a complete stranger. The tennis at the park looks amazing. Hopefully one day I will good enough to take on some of the regulars.
@kreidas3 жыл бұрын
@@joebuffington2 You're welcome! No need to worry about asking questions over at the park - at least for the tennis crowd who frequent Olney, they will usually be receptive to hitting with mostly anyone. There are about 5-6 regular groups playing on the courts all year... of those groups, there's a Meetup.com one who usually welcomes tennis players of all levels, as well as the Stewart Brothers Tennis Group who's usually into both casual and competitive play. If you can hit a ball, you'll be fine. :)

+Laura Wiegman Not sure I understand. You need to create the file first, then you can email (to the property email address) the contract attachment into the file. Does that make sense?
