Went to the exhibit this past Tuesday. Very interesting and well worth attending. There are examples of what the curator calls 'vintage...' silver gelatin prints. They tend to be washed out prints. Not sure if Maier herself made these prints or if she had them done by someone else. No word yet on where Fotografiska is moving. I asked someone there, but they said they did not know.

This is a wonderful video. Hearing Shepherd talk about his experiences and views is so interesting. Taking care of our minds and bodies is so important as Shepherd says. I thank you both for sharing your time with us. I also really enjoyed the film Exit Through the Gift Shop. I actually watch it often and enjoy its music as well. USA

I’m kind of thinking why do we don’t want them to develop because they have animals but in the west we do much more than that and accept it just because there are no animals?

@@kikeheebchinkjigaboo6631 Ken died in 2018. His sister posted on FB. Read an interview where Moody spoke of his health issues, stopping work and his applying for disability. Not sure, his cause of death. May he RIP 🙏 How ironic, he speaks of Lisa Lyon, who died this month, September 2023 of cancer. RIP Lisa, too 😢 ❤

This is profoundly beautified whilst also being sad or disturbing. I like the intent of setting the animal-free in spiritual, new life, born out of the fire and the poignant images created from that journey. I like this, even the haunting feeling it evokes, especially as we also live in a world that is changing and on a journey of oblivion or rebirth...
