This video is really helpful, but as you mentioned, the visa application process could take 5 to 10 months, and during that time, a lease contract costing at least €1000 per month would be required, making the costs quite high. I own a company and plan to open a fine dining restaurant, with a friend interested in investing as a partner. Since the D2 visa would be expensive, could he apply for a jobseeker visa instead? If I offered him a position as a restaurant manager, would that strengthen his application? Obv we’ll add him as a partner once he’s through the TRC process. Much obliged

A lot of realistic information is missing. Let me give u small example... for d2 visa a person need 5k min in company account and 10k euro min in personal account. I would just suggest give on ground info which can led ppl to right path.
