After applying mainy from Asian countries D7 or all D category visa's decision waiting period is 4 to 12 months ...so several months of waiting period of decision pending by embassy it is worst to book house on rent. several facts are hidden by Agents ..I have applied D7 on dated sep/ 2023 .from Portugal embassy of New Delhi...still decision pending , facts are different ever as we imagine throughout watching such videos

You are most welcome, it's not just the NIF or bank account which is required for any D type visa there are lot of documents which you will need to proceed further. Yes we do provide all the services but only once if it's a complete process not partial services.

I have to apply from pakistan and from the checklist provided by Islamabad embassy, I cannot see any requirement for NIF, bank account or residence agreement. Can you please explain when these documents are required?

All three listed documents are mandatory for any D type visa. I'm not sure why it is not mentioned on the checklist received from the embassy. You mean embassy right?
