Daughter caught a 41cm snapper underneath Bruce Highway Bridge on a Mad Mick’s 4” rib worm also a 50cm flattie and out fished her dad…first time using a lure and now she’s hooked .

It’s down the Notth Pine so the best ramp is Deepwater bend or the one at Leis Park in Petrie if the tide is high enough. If you head down the North Oine on a half tide you can’t miss it 👍🏻🎣🎣🎣

Hey Mike, I’ve has customers using the 2.5 inch grubs and fish on the 1g Jigheads across the surface and catching whiting like that 👌🏻🎣

Hey mate, that rod is spooled up with only 8lb. If I was specifically chasing Jewies (I go fishing for what ever I catch really) I'd go a little heavier, about 15-20lb

Nice mate. I seen you on the water near the Highway bridge (brisbane side and north pipe side) a few weeks and said hi.. I’m thinking of going out Saturday arvo for the low. I would be keen to catch a jewie lol as I never caught one. Just not keen out on the water myself at night, but have been a couple of times. Any chance you could offer some advice of finding these Jewies?

Thanks for watching Gavin and for saying hello. The Jewies have been a bit tricky this year so far with only a couple of 50’s making it to the boat so far this year. Last I caught most of them around the pylons of the Highway bridge 👍🏻👍🏻

Very excited to order these, it's the best of both worlds. You have the versatility of a 2.5 inch grub but then you have the additional benefit of them having more action. I noticed with the ribbed fish that the key is that they are ribbed, don't know why other manufacturers are not doing this.

What a great waterway/area the pine river is..keen to land based fish it east of the hwy where I can with your soft plastics when I get the opportunity. Flatties are such a spectacular looking fish, and one of my favorites for eating.

Hey mate, thanks. Batteries run for just over an hour each and I have 2. They also take just under an hour to charge while I’m on the boat so I could keep recording all day but my trips are usually 3-4 hours max 🎣🎣🎣
