Interesting and simple. So far I have used in career mode the principle that it should be a close fight between you and your team mate in qualifying. This takes into account car development and makes it satisfying as you develop the car and both move up the grid.

I remember playing 80 AI difficulty on Bahrain. Qualified P4 in a really crappy Aston Martin, Seb qualified P18. I drove that car like it was my last day on earth, I was holding up Perez who I overtook on turn 4. Held him up for so long Max and Russell ahead of us got to 30+ seconds. I defended so hard and Sainz almost took my position cuz I was so fixated on Perez. They DO NOT lose speed on corners.

Can i turn off precision drive? And do I have precision drive when i driving with a racing wheel?

So apparently i went frm 75-78 in F1 20 to 56-60 on f1 23

It is so difficult to set the right IA in this Game. I mean, in F1 21 I used to play at 85, but in F1 22 I had to drop it to 80. But even this way is weird, because in Qualy I'm damn slow, but in race I gain around ten places! I think I'll set it in 75 and see what happens.

Thanks, I just did this test. With AI 60 I went 1.790 faster than Gasly, so I put in 78 AI and I was 0.700 faster than Gasly and it still felt like too much. So I put 79 e and I was only 0.352 faster and I'd say that's okay. But 79 seems high to me in competition, even if I still have to try to go in competition with 79. Advice?

As i have played around 300-400 hours on F1 22 with a controller i wonder how much of a difference it will feel on F1 23 so far looks pretty positive!

I got into the F1 games in around 2020 and i have always felt the cars just felt so heavy on some corners etc on my Xbox controller so this is nice to see

I don't know what the game needs but there has to be some change to make long careers more interesting. Playing as williams, I finished 5th in Season 1, 1st in both championships in season 2 and 1st by a couple of hundred points in both championships in season 3. Once you're winning, you just never lose again. Also, we need 10x the radio comms per driver. I won with WDC with Lando in season 1 in the final race and his radio comms post-race were "thanks to the boys and girls at the factory, it's a cool car to drive." No excitement, just the kind of thing you might hear at the end of a good P3 session. Or I'll be in 1st place by 28 seconds with Stroll in 17th and the race engineer tells "Stroll has pitted". Ah, ok, thanks...

Sure these features are good but I just want a game that's harder and more engaging. It's way too easy and most importantly repetitive. Setups should be more powerful and harder to get right so that races are a bit more interesting.

Another feature i would like to see in the 23 game is them bringing in all the F2, F3 and the F1 reserve drivers faces, helmets and voices so at least those can be seen and heard as well.
