Ok. So totally new to this. I need it to pull certain existing emails from work Outlook email and put in an excel table. Most of what I’ve seen says ‘new email’. I need it to search through all existing outlook email on my mac and pull the keyword ‘AdCom’ I’d like to capture who the email is from, the subject, the date received. I’m obviously missing something cos my flow is not working. Any pointers would be greatly appreciated. Great vid btw 😊

What a great beginner lesson. Your pace and tone are excellent because they are easy to listen to and to follow. I’m pretty computer literate but never worked on videos really. I have posted a couple long ago on KZbin to share my knowledge of my hobby (sewing and serging and how machines work). I want to post better quality videos, with better editing, so they improve the viewer experience . Thanks!

Hello pls I would seek some clarity on some displayed figures in the table if u don't mind, I tried reading the table and crosschecking to ensure that each unit or figure is What is depicted or represented on the pivot table but, in the example used, james sold 95 units of pencil at 1.99 dollars per unit making total of 189.05 dollars total for pencils he sold in east region, and he sold 60 binders at 4.99 dollars per unit , making total of 299.40 dollars in east region too, I tried to find this informations in the pivot table but it's not , instead in the pivot table, the binders and pencil columns for james are blank, pls explain more sir

HI jamie. thx Very useful tip. Although I have a large table with many accounts so I usually would like to filter all the "pending" payments and hence there are lots of 'hidden rows". Will I be able to select ( highlight) the entire selection in one step with my cursor and then do you think excel will 'skip' all the hidden rows , and NOT add those to the email 'batch". hope my explanation is clear ? . thanking u in advance. It doesn’t work and honestly it’s 2024 it’s ridiculous that Microsoft doesn’t offer this as a Native feature you have to pay someone else to use it. My company doesn’t allow for add-ins so I just wasted time creating 40 pages to mail merge and I can’t even send them out to multiple recipients.

I've been trying to learn pivot tables for about 5 years, so I know these questions are because I don't get something. 1) My Rows can't be dragged into columns - is there somewhere special I'm supposed to click to make that happen? 2. the names of the pivot table fields do not show up on my pivot table... but when I click on the drop down in Rows, it all shows up there in name and then numerical order. What am I doing wrong?

I absolutely love your tutorials, thank you! I have a question, and I am not sure what excel tool to use in order to get my desired results. I have a spreadsheet that has arrival times of flights down to the minute, I need to group those flights by day and hour. What would be the best way to achieve this? I have over 1000 flights I am tracking over a weeklong period for a very large event, so I am trying to see when our busiest arrival and departure hours are for staffing periods and transportation. What would be the best way to do this?

Give this a try to group the arrival times of flights by day and hour 1. Add a Helper Column for the Hour Suppose your arrival times are in column A and are in yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm format. Add a helper column to extract the date and hour. Use the formula: =TEXT(A2, "yyyy-mm-dd hh") This will give you a result like 2024-11-21 14, representing November 21st, 2 PM. 2. Create a Pivot Table Select your data and go to Insert > Pivot Table. In the Pivot Table, do the following: Drag the helper column (e.g., "Date Hour") into the Rows field. Drag the flight ID or another unique identifier (e.g., "Flight Number") into the Values field. Set the Values field to "Count" to get the number of flights for each day and hour.

Thanks for this tutorial on how to create a website with Google Sites. It all seems very simple and very nice, but in reality Google Site is very far from doing the job. There are too many restrictions in the construction of pages and especially the responsive mode is a real disaster. No possibility to correct what appears on the phone version. When we know that the majority of people visit a website with their phone, the interest in using Google Sites is practically zero.

Hey Teachers Tech, Im having a little issue with the line graph based on my data. I have the data up in the chart perfectly but after following you instructions to the tee, I dont have the plus that allows me to add axis titles to the X and Y sections. I am currently making this for an assignment for my Health Informatics major. Im not sure what version of excel I have currently but any advice would be appreciated.
