2:44 Amazing poem Richard I love your teachings and i am very challenged too by having to endure the suffering of those close to me. If i manage to let go and come to some higher plane within it all, the shift is initially tainted by the awareness that it seems it is at their expense that i have been able to make a breakthrough. However, magically, if there was conflict between us, the dynamic of my shifting seems to effect them and release them somewhat, energetically. To let go i use the technique of focusing on the feeling itself, merging my awareness deeply into the feeling. When we scrutinise the feeling on that deeper level beneath thoughts, embodying it, it releases, ie.disappears, since it has no essence. Thanks so much for being here for all of us Richard

... Hello, Dear Richard Rudd & All here ... I no longer suffer depressions ... one wonderful thing I do to celebrate the Light is fill a large clear salad bowl with clear water & set it in a daylight window ...as the water is stirred, the glorious glinting of shards of light, like diamonds flash against wall & ceiling, filling the soul with a bouncing lift ... also, a lovely morning float in a quiet acquatic environment is truly marvelous as the same Light effect is achieved on a much larger scale ... thank you Richard for your warm well modulated voice, which is healing in itself ...
