Ref egos is mental, can tell from how he sent the keeper off when he was speaking to his bench, automatically thought it was about him. Obviously the bench and players arent professional, but let the game be the game. Grassroot in my area the refs are always given a hard time but they take it on the chin, alot of the time they even banter with it.

the referee getting sidetracked 3 mins into the video because of people on the sidelines is hilarious, can see all the players on field have calmed down and ready to play. continues to argue with people off the pitch, forcing a player (goalie) to come over and tell his coaching staff to settle down. referee cards player helping him, there for re escalating the issue of him losing control of the game. pretty sure the referee needed to calm himself down after those first two cards that by the looks of it were two yellows on players that were already booked beforehand. as an ex player, coach and ref i would feel that the referee contributed to this game breaking down, he needed to calm himself down between each card as it looks like emotion has taken control of him in this video. grass roots footy is probably the hardest to ref because we need to remember these are amateur players not pros.

Listen as an umpire this referee is overreacting; I hear stuff like this all the time, and I just ignore it. The referee is basically enforcing the rules. That goalie ejection btw was ridicules he was actually trying to help you and trying to get his teammates off the field since they were ejected and didn't want the game called. The referee has to learn to let it go. I would understand if it was threatening but I did not even hear anything threatening. The referee is overreacting with 7 red cards like stop it.
