I know you are just a realtor so can’t blame you for the insane pricing. You can find way better homes here in Georgia for 1.5. This looks like just a large cheap quick builder home. Not even a finished basement is a joke. It must be in a really popular part of town.

You're exactly right about the location. Vestavia Hills adds a lot to the price. It's old money.

Very Nice Home.. ☺️❤ Luv The Basement To Outdoor Options And The Kitchen Is Beautiful 🥰.. Do Not Like The Barn Rails Upstairs And Prefer The Primary Suite To Be Larger With The Closets On The OUTSIDE Of The Bathroom.. Overall Nice Home!

I don't understand why people would want white cabinets in the kitchen! That would be nerve break down trying to keep clean if you are a cook! I guess the builders assume people don't cook these days 😆

Builders build what sells. White kitchens are still pretty hot amongst the buyer ranks. I agree though. Probably a chore to keep clean especially with kids. 😬

A bit tight but for 400K I suppose all is included...such as land, building, and furnishings...I would move that door in the living room to that wall with the window at the dinning room... should give room for a bigger couch...
