I know you are just a realtor so can’t blame you for the insane pricing. You can find way better homes here in Georgia for 1.5. This looks like just a large cheap quick builder home. Not even a finished basement is a joke. It must be in a really popular part of town.

There are a lot of homes in the Birmingham area that is much grander than this particular area. Vestavia is not an money area, just a lot of professional people and business owners lives in that area. The Mountainbrook area has the old generational wealth.

It’s really nice but definitely not 1.5 nice even in Liberty Park. Basement not finished, the acrylic premade shower casings ….. I can go on. Just no and all just to say it’s in Liberty Park.

Prefer the solid one piece windows, those gridded windows are too busy for me, that is a weird entryway, don’t like tubs with the cheap looking plastic inserts, how much are the HOA’s. The best thing about this house is the backyard, just beautiful
