With coffee prices rising and my husband and I facing tough financial times, I’d love if you could review more affordable non-Nespresso OL pods. I’m looking for options that still taste great and have good quality, but without the high cost. I really trust your honest reviews-you’re not afraid to call out flaws, unlike others who are always overly positive. Amazon has tons of deals on cheap pods, but I’m hesitant to try them without a reliable review first

@@lilizzy428 I have been curious about 3 Coracoes, its a brazilian coffee company, but its super good priced, and reviews seem to like it, but I've tried getting new coffees in the past and I didn't like them, like Bristot that stuff was worse than foldgers.. I also have been curious about Rosso because they sometimes have really good deals on pods.. but thank you for being so responsive and making such good videos, I constantly share them with my Nespresso loving friends 🙂

@@user-ml4sx5ku6d I find that the Nespresso creatista shots are about the same as you would get with a coffee shop espresso machine (not scorching, but hot for sure). The real difference in temperature comes when you try to brew more than like 3 shots or so in a row. Unfortunately the temp doesn’t stay as hot after that! Milk temps you can change though if you try to froth which is nice!

@@jessiewilson5322 I found it’s VERY hard to get research experience, especially when you did not go to a large or multicenter academic institute, which I did not. Much of my research experience came from emailing physicians in the area, applying to summer research programs at those larger centers (they’ll pay you too, which helps certain populations get access too!) and doing a two-year research program for my gap year (so I did take a couple years off before going to med school to get most of my hours listed).
