It's called a commonplace book or journal actually. One of the more modern examples is a bullet journal but you can actually do it in any kind of notebook.

I'm more of a grid girlie, but what you've done with that lined notebook is amazing! I can't wait to see a flip through. I've never seen a 3 year journal like that, I def agree that the bullets should make it easier to keep up with! I could see doing something like that once I finish my current 5 year. Also hearing my name in your video made me smile, happy to have inspired you!

The Hobonichi lined notebook is amazing! I usually love grid but I started journaling in this and it's the best experience I've had writing!

Hey, it looks like you may have stopped using this planner, but I was wondering how much it fluffed up with the level of stickering etc. you were doing in it? I am considering getting this planner for 2025 and expect to put a similar amount in, and I am just wondering if that is going to become impractical later in the year if the pages get too bulky? Anyway, just thought I would ask as not sure if you carried on using it or not… Thank you!😊

Ok not as creative as you but I inspire to be! I love your spreads and how you implicate your feelings in them, or, like, what am I trying to say, your day-to-day feel like this. Because it is a day-to-day thing, for me at least, some days I am blank and try to put lyrics or some quotes, other days I create memory spreads with pictures; and lastly; when I am feeling anxious or have a messy mind I write whole pages like when you were anxious. I love it so far

My boyfriend and I started bike riding this year, and we love cats, and it was just perfect all the way around. I can't wait to get it! Beautiful spread!
