Brother, do you happen to know if the neewer nw-700 needs something external? because when I connect it to my pc the microphone hardly picks up any sound.

These headphones are good in term of performance but build quality is poor. They last only 3 months. It's not just for me but my friends also bought this after me and there also broke after 3 or 4 months. Cheap quality material they must have used. Please do not buy these.

Bought 4 of these and after just a few months of use, 2 of them got microphone issues, it seems like an issue with the swivel of boom as moving the boom up and down causes the disconnection of mic. Really disappointed with JLAB, the build quality seems good but it really isn't.

Hello, I bought these headphones on Amazon and I wanted to know how you use the microphone connected by cable. Do you also activate Bluetooth with the headphones connected by cable or do you not activate anything? The thing is that when I'm on a call the rest of the people hear me poorly, but when I listen to myself by pressing the power button three times I hear myself perfectly.

The headphone will break quickly. There's a weak point in the headband and the plastic will break off within 6 months of regular use. I put tape on one side then the next week the other side broke.

What a waste of time and money.

I don't care about other products to be compared with MPOW, I just want to know the mic quality and sensitivity of the MPOW as only few people review the mic when reviewing headsets. it's a little too late to see your video though, I already make purchase the MPOW but not yet shipped. I'm relieved that the mic sensitivity is not bad. LOL.

Seems mpow has slightly better mic test though there is a noisy / artificial robotic suppression that echoing the original speech. A bit annoying but logitech is even worse, almost no noise suppression. Have u tested using wire connection? Interesting to see if this is more of wireless effect or the mic quality itsel Btw thanks, super helpful with detail review...great job
