I'm able to breathe through my nasal airways as if nothing is wrong but something is painfully wrong! constant dryness yet needing to blow my nose, but majority of the time, for the severity of how bad i need to blow like nothing is even barely coming out. But it Def sounds like it is. I literally can feel things shooting out twd my cheeks though and in my upper jaw like the roof of my mouth, when I blow I feel inside like.. things being pulled ? Idk if I'm making sense.. it's so painful doc. I'm miserable.. I can breathe yet I can't go 10 minutes without the head congestion being so horrible that it feels like my head's going to explode and I have to start trying to blow my nose and it sounds like not even trying to be offensive I swear but it sounds like a Tourette's Syndrome fit of an asthma suffering person and I'm pleading for what your most likely guess is.
