BURGER BOWL 1 beef burger Shredded lettuce Tomatoes Bacon Shredded cheddar cheese Sliced red onions Chopped cucumbers Avocado, diced EBTB seasoning Sugar free ketchup + avocado mayo, combine for sauce, add splash of coconut aminos Assemble ingredients starting eith lettuce on bottom of bowl. 🔥KUNG PAO CHICKEN🔥 Looking for a healthier version of Kung Pao takeout? This recipe is full of flavor and you don’t have to worry about feeling bad after you eat it! You can always add dried chilis or red pepper flakes for an extra kick! dEATS 👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼 TIME: 20 MIN SERVES: 2 1/2 lb ground chicken breast 1 tbsp olive oil 1 zucchini, chopped 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped 1 garlic clove, diced 1 small piece of ginger, peeled and diced 1 tbsp roasted red chili paste 2 tbsp coconut aminos 1/2 tsp pepper Jasmine rice (I used 1.5 c evenly divided among two meal prep containers) slivered almonds (can use peanuts) and sliced green onions for topping lime wedges Preheat skillet on med-high heat. Add olive oil and let it get hot. Now add chicken and cook until no longer pink. Add in zucchini and red bell pepper. Turn heat on med and garlic, ginger, chili paste, coconut aminos, and pepper. Stir until combined. Cook around 10 minutes or until veggies are soft. Divide among meal prep containers and top with almonds and green onions. Add lime wedges. Enjoy! Preheat oven to 425 F. Wash and pat dry broccoli and place on an oven safe sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil and bake in oven for 12 minutes or until crispy. Evenly divide rice into two meal prep containers and add broccoli to each. In a separate bowl, add tuna, mayo, sriracha, sesame oil, and coconut aminos. Mix well. Evenly divide spicy tuna mixture among containers. Sprinkle EBTB on top and drizzle extra Sriracha over tuna. Enjoy!

🔥BUFFALO CHICKEN STUFFED PEPPERS🔥 This meal prep is FULL OF FLAVOR and PROTEIN! Coming in at 44 g per serving, this should be a staple in your lunchtime meal prep routine! Time: 25 MIN SERVES: 3 MACROS CALS 363 PROTEIN 44 g FAT 14 g CARBS 19 g 3 red bell peppers Avocado oil spray 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (depending on sizes may have extra) 1/2 c hot sauce 3 tbsp fat free cream cheese 1/2 c shredded mozzarella cheese 1 tsp salt 1 tsp pepper 1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese dried parsley for topping extra hot sauce for topping blue cheese dressing for topping Preheat oven to 375 F. Cut peppers in half, take out seeds, and rinse. Add peppers to an oven safe sheet pan. Spray peppers with avocado oil spray and place in oven and cook for about 20 minutes. While peppers cook, add chicken to an Instant Pot and cook on meat/stew setting for 20 minutes. When chicken is cooked, shred. Add chicken to a bowl and add hot sauce, cream cheese, salt and pepper, and mozzarella cheese and mix well. Once peppers are cooked, stuffed with chicken mixture. Top with cheddar cheese and let cheese melt. Drizzle with hot sauce and blue cheese dressing. Sprinkle on parsley. Enjoy!

I love the portion cups, but we traded our cups for a digital scale, and it's been more accurate and easier with learning what a portion looks like and starting to be mindful even with snacks.
