what I would like to see is a controller that lets you plug 2 laptops into it (yes 2 laptops) each side stays the same just controls 1 laptop same for other side , that then gives you the choice of 4 decks , so really all you would need is a retailer to put an extra input on the controller to let you plug the second laptop in it ? think it will ever happen ?

Started djing about a mont ago Got me a Numar Dj2go2 controller And I gotta say it does a lot for being so little. (that’s what she said) 😅 I’m able to do a lot… I did my first live audience and recieved great feedback. Everyone was tripping out how I was able to do it with the controller. IMO if ur new this is a great starting point.

I purchased the Numark Platinum FX and love it. I love the option of four decks with the switch mode; I made my decision off using the VR version of the Pioneer DJ DDJ-FLX4 on the Oculus, which was cool, but Numark had some unique features over the FLX4.

Well this video is 4 years old. Im sitting here trying to decide between the Numark & the new FLX- 4 . I’m so stuck on the Jog Wheels of the Numark with those Screens. Someone PLEASE 🙏🏽 Help me decide 🤔. Thanks

Clubs always have some gear to repair or to service. So if you have 3 CDJS and 2 Mixers, you always can service one CDJ and one mixer. Or if a CDJ or a mixer has a problem during the night, you have another one to go on. In a allinone controller, the whole equipment goes out for service. And some Djs have technical riders, so they want may a DJM900nx2 and 2 CDJ 2000nxs2 or 3000

Most DJs are just cheap filler to pad out your festival, most people never heard of em, it is literally a big disco when they come on. No skill required just hubris by the bucket. Ain’t no one reading a festival crowd.

Honestly, the amount of times I touch knobs just to reassure myself that they are in the right position that I want them to be, I cannot in good conscience assume that these DJs were intentionally faking it (except for the first one and Paris obviously). Often when pre-cueing with the headphones, I will be pressing buttons and doing stuff and the audience hears no change, because they shouldn’t. So just because a button press does nothing to the audience doesn’t automatically mean that it‘s „faking it“

Ha not anymore lol, with technology these days can make anyone a dj with very little equipment and ive seen someone with just a laptop doing a wedding lol :/, also then it now makes anyone replaceable cause no one cares if they have skill or not lol.

I own a Numark Mixtrack Platinum FX and is definitely my choice over the Pioneer...all 8 pads are unlocked when used with serato pro, the display in the jog wheels alone outshines the pioneer and added to that is the 4 inch pitch controller...the Numark Platinum has been rated the highest out of all controllers that came out within that same price range...my brother has the ddj 400 and after using mine he is changing over to the mixtrack platinum FX...no way the ddj400 matches up to the mixtrack platinum fx..not even close

i've learned to have a secondary mixer connected running a flash drive while im djing that way if my main does go down i can bring up the volume on my back up keeping the music going while i restart my main system not sure if any other dj's do this or not

Tenho a Numarck mixtrack Platinum e é decepcionante a limitação de efeitos. Inacreditável, mas quando usa um efeito no deck 1 o deck 2 fica fechado para efeito. No máximo o filtro, que fica separado. Única possibilidade usar o mesmo efeito com o mesmo parâmetro ao mesmo tempo travando os pedais. Muito limitador e decepcionante mesmo. 😢😢😢😢😢

Took loads of stick but the fact I can mix on anything got me out of it. Seems I was a bit ahead of my time :) Great channel I'm subbed
