Don't take what people says seriously, especially at gaming community, based on my personal experience. Most of the time, they don't even know what they're talking about, "This character is bad, that character is bad", they just have skill issue, i'm dead serious. I often used the "bad characters" in battle, and I had no problem with completing the battle.

I think you have misunderstood regarding the ex tier. It says that you must complete the challenge with 4 characters of 5 stars or less. But still impresive your 5 turn clear with only 4 stars 👏🏼

I just love how easy her kit works, no more 'counting points' or other weird gimmick set up.... plus as you said her AOE is super needed for EX3 refights. Gonna A1 her first and slowly exchange aweakening stone to get her A4

I know, puling for Sazantos and Odio-O is thr right zhing to do (have Richard) but Ditraina is really cool and i can pity canary, preparing for Thiefs of the Continent with current JP units :O

Man I completely missed the drama around this video, I'm sorry to see the community jumped on you like this. I agree with their sentiment but the dogpiling way of sharing their views was um, quite a lot. As for the units: I pulled both of them (planned for it). Now a month later, I find myself taking Elrica to pretty much every fight that she hits a weakness in, while Alaune hasn't left the bench all that much yet 😅 I'm not saying she's no good, but I find that I have a lot of trouble justifying a slot for her on my teams as there's so many supports to take along. I do hope she'll be as good as people say she is once I actually start using her properly but yeah, I haven't really clicked with her yet. I also have Ogen (who like you said has the same gimmick for a shorter duration), but I also haven't used him yet. (That is not to say that I don't vibe with their kits though. Permanent extra bp regen is huge- it'd help units like Rondo and, ironically, Elrica, a lot. I'm gonna learn to use her, eventually, I hope.) Curious though, I haven't really kept up with the community or videos since my sister pulls made me take a bit of a break from the game. Did you end up pulling for them (one or both) after all the feedback you got?

Ah, I really like the taunt-juggling in that Merchant tower clear. It's a nice way to not have to worry about the silencing attack messing things up either.

It is not a just easy comp when you need to force a kill with just 1 break, where solon or canary is a must, easy is for solid comp that can really make the real mecanics of the fight

A quick little factoid here. I actually found EX Lumis to be quite useful. At least for the EX 1 & EX 2 battles. 9S? Is susceptible to blindness and hitting him with a max boosted Swift Blinding shot is a good way to avoid getting hit by his attacks. Useful especially during the break period when he recovers and you can’t use priority moves against him.

I just cleared EX 1 pretty easily. I'm running a dagger comp. Haven't tried EX 2 or 3, but currently, my party is Bargello/serenoa Prim ex/rinyuu Lars/sonia Richard/viola I'm only hoping his EX 3 isn't too much harder lol

Elrica is also good to have for both shield breaking and damage against boss since boss is weak to swords. I also included Richard in my battle as well to weaken him further.
