serenoa does also do very well with hammy's A4 from the back and bolstering smoke from primrose. And he give 1 BP to bargello and A2 so even better!

It is not a just easy comp when you need to force a kill with just 1 break, where solon or canary is a must, easy is for solid comp that can really make the real mecanics of the fight

your so right about it. I tried 2 breaking 9S with a team without canary and Solon and it's really hard if you do not push the defense to the maximum and decrease his p and e atk to the maximum ALL THE WAY. Turtle comp - that's how it's called I think. It can last very long as you only have 1 choice - either go full defense or go full offense.

@@free2PlayerCotC I had to use 2 breaks, but I need some rng to 9S dont use 2 AoE after recover from the first break, but without solon or canary is impossible to kill in one break, so is better to focus on turtle strategys, because without the rush in this less turn strategy the figth became difficult

A quick little factoid here. I actually found EX Lumis to be quite useful. At least for the EX 1 & EX 2 battles. 9S? Is susceptible to blindness and hitting him with a max boosted Swift Blinding shot is a good way to avoid getting hit by his attacks. Useful especially during the break period when he recovers and you can’t use priority moves against him.

Elrica is also good to have for both shield breaking and damage against boss since boss is weak to swords. I also included Richard in my battle as well to weaken him further.

it's the items you get from beating elite tower floor 3. if you carry both you provoke at full hp :3

Does Canary have a decent replacement for this? Think I got everyone here but her... and My Lucetta is lvl 50...

lucetta doesn't need to have a high level, at least all her passives should be activated. if you have serenoas A4 and largos A4 you can extend the taunt on one unit to 4 turns. that is enough for a 6 turn clear, if you use another unit which can withstand the attacks which is also able to grant different buffs or debuffs you may miss. that's just an idea. you can also use serenoa and taunt on him. he's very good at that ;)

I just cleared EX 1 pretty easily. I'm running a dagger comp. Haven't tried EX 2 or 3, but currently, my party is Bargello/serenoa Prim ex/rinyuu Lars/sonia Richard/viola I'm only hoping his EX 3 isn't too much harder lol
