Yes you use any sponsor from anywhere, he just needs to attach his ID card

Fisrtly, tour authentication expires this month bcos it only last for 6months 2ndly, you have to book appointment with the embassy to submit your document for legalization

Depends on the school, some school do others don't. So check on the schools websites for the requirement.

@@abimbolaomiwale4818 I heard documents are now submitted at VFS so if You have their office around you , you can go if not you can send someone but must add an endorsement letter.

Probably yes but the chances are slim. However I'd advice you you to look for the the schools, go to their website and check the requirements, you can then send an email to them asking if you can be admitted with ur qualifications. They'll surely respond.
