Hi, just found your channel, very helpful, thank you so much for sharing your journey. I also suffer from melasma, I have also been using a product with hydroquinone which works wonders but apparently you can’t use it for more than 3 months or between 3 and 6 months then you have to take a 3 month break from it and then unfortunately the melasma returns 🙈 So I’m just wondering if you take a break or do you use it consistently? Thank you xx

Hi, I'm glad you found the channel. I used it consistently for 2 years, and then I decided to stop using it beginning of this year as I did not see the need to use a product where if I stop the melasma comes back. I'm currently trusting out a bunch of different products, hoping one works out for me

Hi, I think it's because you are not using a full coverage foundation. Also, set your orange corrector with a translucent powder before applying your foundation. I hope this helps remember to practice as practice makes perfect

Hi! My makeup lasts 24 hours without retouching,mostly that depends on the type foundation you use.

you look amazing, but I literally don't have that much time in the morning to do my make up. And awesome, I literally never thought about mixing a little of the foundation with the corrector, or using the banana powder before I put on the foundation.

I don’t know if you will see this comment but I noticed you’re South African. I am a very light skinned Zimbabwean and developed melasma when I lived in Australia because of the sun there. I tried everything and nothing worked until I stumbled upon Havillah beauty even tone in 2020. It is made by a South African company and it genuinely cleared my melasma. May you give it a try

Don’t do chemical peel. It will make it worse and you won’t like your face again. Wear your sunscreen

Thankfully it worked but I still think they need to make another shade between the peach and orange. Like the Sheglam colour corrector in Orange

Hey, Maybe try using three to four pumps of foundation and layer it so it doesn't come out cake. What foundation do you use if I may ask?
