2. Hydroquinone. 0,6 gram

_ Garnier skin active, even and matte vitamin c Cleansing form
_ Garnier skin active, even and matte vitamin C booster serum
_ freeman Indian tumeric gell cream
_ DERM OPAL moisturing sunscreen SPF 30+

Hi, just found your channel, very helpful, thank you so much for sharing your journey. I also suffer from melasma, I have also been using a product with hydroquinone which works wonders but apparently you can’t use it for more than 3 months or between 3 and 6 months then you have to take a 3 month break from it and then unfortunately the melasma returns 🙈 So I’m just wondering if you take a break or do you use it consistently? Thank you xx
