Hi. No problem. Make your way to Martyrs Memorial on St Giles, and head across the road to the Randolf hotel. Then follow Beaumont Street to the T junction and turn right down Walton Street. Walk about a mile and turn left into Walton Well Road. Follow on straight down, buy don't follow the road as it heads round to the right. Instead, keep straight on to Port Meadow where there is also a car park, so you can equally drive there. You will walk over a bridge across the canal, and can drop down onto it there. I believe the camera version depends on where you are in the world, so can't comment. As for exposure meter, u believe there's some kind of basic one built in, but I've never used it. I don't think you could add one though.
