Ooo Scottish tablet is good if you have a homemade version and we make it regularly. It’s super popular as a “favour” at weddings. Took us years to perfect it at home as we are in the Ayrshire coast. Edinburgh rock is one of those things that no Scottish people ever buy 😂

@@FayandDanExplore always! No cream or vanilla as this would make it more like fudge. Lots of families have their own recipe which can vary slightly and it is generally kept a “secret” 😂! One thing is for sure, it takes time and big muscles to get the final product just right xx
