You could just use pasta water and cheese for the sauce. That's the way Italians do it.

Thank you for the recipe, except Worcestershire sauce we used all other ingredients. Request your advice on how to store the cutlets.
@TheAspiringHomeCookАй бұрын
You can store it refrigerated for a couple of days. It never lasts too long in our house.

@@TheAspiringHomeCook we were able to freeze for 25 days and each time we fried the cutlet it was the same taste. Hmmm

@@crystalbleh7963 if the liquid is extra, you'll just have to cook it longer to get the right consistency. Use the water test that I show in the video to know when the consistency is right.

Ahh, than you so much, these are vegetarian, Indian food version similar to American Chicken wings, is that how they got the name 'drumsticks'? I appreciate your cooking instructions. I did buy frozen moringa drumsticks from our local Indian food market. After thawing the drumsticks, I thought they could be cooked like Okra, but.... the outside is as tough as bamboo trees! My baby steps here were to chop them, add them to a raw brussel sprout salad soaked in vinegar, ... moringa drumsticks were tooo tough, then I cut the drumsticks into small discs, boiled them with the brussel sprouts, and still, tooo tough, and finally, as I watch your video, I've been boiling drumsticks for an hour, I coiuld split them open but the outside remained too tough, Stilll!, So we DO NOT eat the exterior, outer layer of the moringa drumstick, but open them, and enjoy the gelatious interior flavored with ingredients as you suggest, thank goodness, thank you for sharing how to eat moringa drumsticks. This seems a good way to enjoy the mango chili, or cilantro cumin we bought at the store, both would be great flavorings for the drumstick gel. We'll use the boiled water for the medicinal reasons we bought the moringa drumsticks, pineapples and beats boiled in moringa vegetable stock. we'll be back to good health in short time. Thank you,

As a man watching this on my curry-cooking journey...I'm a bit in awe. You do know...men can't multi-task, right? 🙄😉 I have to cook my rice the day prior and put it in the fridge for 'finishing' the next day with a re-heating & adding spices etc, for a pilau-type end result. The pork curry would be done on a different day & I'd do the chicken part on another. I'm a retired chap now, so it fills my week with something to do for the weekend, and I love it. You make it look so methodical though - your mother would be so proud of her daughter. She was definitely loved....👏👍

Thank you. I hope you enjoy the recipes as much as we do. If you are going to cook them on seperate days, I would recommend making the pork curry first. It’s one of those recipes that taste even better on the second and third day.
