Trick with the 5s, carrots are a root and tomato is a fruit. Vegetation is the green growth of a plant so when you said vegetable i thought cucumber, spinach, green beans, celery.

The 5 didn't work with me. I immediately thought of Green Beans and Broccoli.

Used to bet on drinks that i could hang beer bottles on the wall and after every fail I would hang my beer bottle on the wall and drink for free all night. The best and my most favorite part was watching someone walk up to look how the bottle was stuck to the wall. Then of course curiosity they would reach out to see if it was glued there. And every time the bottle would fall to the floor ..o0o the good old days of free drinks.

Dude! Just made this for New Years Eve and it is awesome! Made mine with 4oz of Don Julio Reposado, 2 oz of Gran Marnier and 8 oz of the mix. Shaken with ice and poured. Mmmmmmmmmmmmm

The 5's didn't work on me, at first, I said "Squash" and looked it up and a squash is generally in the vegetable category but it's actually a fruit. However, my second guess would have been Green bean, so I have no idea how Carrot or Tomato are most commonly used. If I didn't say green Bean, my next alternative is Corn. I guess people only pick vegetables they actually eat, I like carrots, but they are down the list a ways. But like you said, it works about 70% of the time. The dime trick was pretty cool, I just don't know if I could make the part attached to the glass as well as you did.

In German and Polish language everything is a beer (Bier / Piwo), if it is top or bottom fermented is just an additional information we do not have separate words for. The most beers here are nowadays bottom fermented anyway. In Germany only a few old style "ales"are left: e.g. Weizenbeer (Wheat beer), Altbier (Area of Düsseldorf) and Kölsch (from Cologne)
