Makes it peaceful then again it's sad when I realised Pokemon video games of JRPG's have never been the same compared to the old games. Stopped playing after Ultra Sun and Moon.

I don't miss the games, I miss that time when everything was easier and I didn't know.

Making your way to Nuvema town in Black two was such a wild feeling for me.

Dam this takes me back a decade to another state of mind and in a whole other place. I remember how much I loved B&W and then B&W 2 as a child, I always loved the Pokemon game themes and the TV season themes. That's more than half of what I would listen to as a child on youtube along with youtube tutorials from PurpleRodri. My life was just centred around playing and watching Pokemon (and ATLA) as a child, I also remember how badly I wanted the Pokemon cards. I remember playing thr original B&W and Soul Silver with my brother under our beds in the early mornings of Saturday hoping not to be caught, the nostalgia trip I get when I listen to Pokemon themes and soundtracks is really strong. My life wasn't perfect but these were some of the happiest moments; I don't like to have the mindset that I can't recreate times as happy as these but it sure won't be easy because as simple as this was, it was so blissfull. That's enough nostalgia off my chest, I'll just go back to listening and relaxing again ÷)

Pokémon Black was my first game on official hardware, so it holds a dear place in my heart. No matter what, this game is one where I will defend with my life.

It's been so long since I've heard Animal Crossing City Folk music. Playing it with my parents and each of us having our own nice houses. Visiting each other's houses to admire the decorations and see us sleep in the attic. Playing with a school friend through Nintendo WFC while talking to him on the landline. Surrounding him with pitfalls while he was away eating dinner. Going to the city by bus and shopping with the good music. Thank you, truly, for making me hear that again and relive those memories. Now I'm way older and can play Animal Crossing New Horizons all day long but it will never be as good as the old times. (Not to mention how good the Gen 5 soundtrack is and remembering that as my true first Pokemon game as a kid).

I miss waking up at 6 am when I was 5, just to play pokemon diamond, playing through and then restarting it over and over again when I got stuck (the blackout man before 8th gym)😂

i dont know about you guys, but there was this one pokemon game on roblox which allowed you to be various pokemon such as Eevee, Charmander, etc. and the selection screen had Undella Town's music. i feel so sad that i can no longer revisit that game after nintendo snatched brickbronze's weave, same going for other pokemon themed games.

i always feel melancholic thinking about when ill grow up it'll probably be rare to find someone to rant to about how these old games really made up my childhood. I would look back at them as the good ol' simple days, bro, I rmemeber being stunned at the 3D environments of pokemon bw like i cant-

i truly have the feeling that the older games have an impact on how you do nowdays i feel more happy when i see that people enjoy the same city musik in the pokemon games or the different time themes in Animal crossing and how the games still didnt die after those years is amazing

We all had the same childhood..... Those Pokemon musics make me cry today I don't know why I want to play those again, sitting with my older brother and playing...... Those days are gone Now my older brother is a PhD and he won't probably play with me today and I never asked

Can we all mutually agree that the older DS games for Pokemon hold many memories that the new ones sometimes can no longer emulate like for the switch this is my opinion and it is always so dear to me to remember and hopefully recollect all the old DS pokemon games so I'll always have my childhood with me

I got Pokémon White around two years ago when people were remembering how great gen 5 was, and I don't regret it. The story, soundtrack, characters, and the cities are all awesome. Pokémon Diamond will always have my heart too, as it was my first Pokémon game.

the eterna forest hits so hard because i mean when we played these games as kids, we were just that. kids. kids are pretty dumb sometimes and so a forest or a cave always would take me forever in these games. it makes these tracks super nostalgic and reminds me of the better days when we had no worries.
