what are ur thoughts on the revair blow dryer?
@MilanMeraki11 күн бұрын
I love it! It’s pricey but worth it. Especially if you do a log of blowdried or stretched styles

NICE! Try using a comb (rat tail comb) when flat ironing your hair to help get it straighter. It'll help with the frizz. You should try the "Farrah Fawcett" next. That style of curls is the best because it's so versatile. You get so much body and volume.
@MilanMeraki13 күн бұрын
Thank you! I’ll try that & wow never heard of Farrah Fawcett putting it on my list to try! I really appreciate the tips & suggestions!

Aphogee never fails to
@fatimaani834613 күн бұрын
Your hair is definitely type four imo. It's 4b/4c from what I can see
@MilanMeraki13 күн бұрын
I agree! Thats what I’ve always thought. Maybe in the back like 4a but mostly 4b/4c .
@keina212115 күн бұрын
I wouldn’t suggest using aphogee as much as you like. It definitely snapped the crown and front of my hair off using it once a month. It’s a great product, i still use it, but now only once every 6 months or after a protective style (braids, mini twists)
@MilanMeraki15 күн бұрын
Thank you. I’ll be more cautious when using.

Hey so how do you incorporate taking soon many supplements in the morning ? I put my pill in a small 7 day a week pill case. Do you just add everything in a bottle of water or blender?
@MilanMeraki15 күн бұрын
I use to have a pill case but it felt like chore taking a bunch of pills. I prefer powders . I put all the powders in one water bottle and drink in early afternoon . I have few actual pills I take but the pills i just drink with my supplement water

I’m new here and I love your channel! You are gorgeous and seem like a kind and bubbly person! My go to supplements are currently HPA-Adapt (help my body’s stress response) Cortisol Manager Vitamin D (I was gonna buy k2 separately but the brand that you showed is on my list to get now!) BIOptimizers Magnesium Msm powder I also saw a post online the other day about using diatomaceous earth for health benefits so I’m gonna try it out since it’s coming up again. 😊

Hello! Welcome ! Thank you so much for your support & suggestions! I’ll def look into these supplements.
@glecservices311419 күн бұрын
My go to supplements are 1) taurine 1000-3000 mg per day 2) fat soluble vitamins A,D,E,K supplement complex 1 per day 3) boron trace mineral liquid drops one per day 5) berberine which is a herb 1000 mg per day 6) l glycine amino for hgh production and collagen production 1000 - 10,000 mg per day Protien and fish oils to to boost hormone profile and boost fully body repair and development it’s good to take organic protein even on days not training Other supplements are Adaptogenic like lemon balm blue essence reduces cortisol in first dose every important , also Rhola zen another herb for stress I could go on Seal oil is a good oil to look into
@MilanMeraki19 күн бұрын
Thank you! Im going to research and possibly add these to my regimen.
@glecservices311419 күн бұрын
@@MilanMeraki no problem you will love protein every day and what it does for the body, you will also like glycine as that can help with your body being more curvy in the right places and keep it that way we’re as Maca doesn’t as you said in your video, also fish oils is a hormone booster to but it’s good to get a brand like Nordic naturals also getting sea buckthorn oil is great do it’s all about what every you want for your body, also beef liver capsules are key. If you need any more recommendations let me know I’ve studied nutrition for the last 15 years I’m 36 and I don’t look it and I was say it’s down to the supplements, and going gym and eating about 70 - 80 % clean only thing letting me down right now is lack of sleep which is why I got the Adaptogenic herbs to support my body while it’s in stress mode or to reduce the damage done to my body due to stress I’m based in the UK England by the way keep helping people with your health journey x
