A little overview of this video. I will be walking you through my wash day(s). How I achieve my healthy strong hair . What I do for reduced breakage, length retention and increased growth. ( This includes preventing split ends & excessive shedding.) My oil pre poo , shampoo , protein treatment & deep conditioner routine . This is a great base for silk presses / blow outs & of course your hair in a natural curly state . Since starting this routine for the last few months I’ve seen a huge change in my hair & received complements from both men & women . & I mention men because I’ve never had a man let alone multiple men flat out express how much they like my hair . I’ll also show you a great product to keep your hair protected from heat as well as give it a silky glass feel. I’ll show one of my many go to heat styles & how I maintain it .
